About K.O.P.A.

Rebuild. Restore. Rise.

Mission & Vision

Our Mission

Knot Our Past Alliance (K.O.P.A.) exists to support formerly incarcerated women in St. Petersburg and the Tampa Bay area through structure mentorship, educational access, and community-based suppport.

Our Vision

We envision a community where women impacted by incarceration have the resources, relationships, and opportunities necessary to rebuild their lives with dignity and long-term stability.

Our Story

K.O.P.A. was born from lived experience. We understand reentry not as a concept, but as a reality. The gaps. The stigma. The rebuilding. This organization was created to provide the structure, accountability, and community support we once needed ourselves.
